RETAIL HR Business Partner Germany for Premium Brand

Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for a RETAIL HR Business Partner Germany for one of our clients, a great multinational company leader in the Premium Fashion sector. This person will be based in Munich and will report to the Director HRBP – Sales EMEA.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Responsibilities of the RETAIL HR BUSINESS PARTNER GERMANY:

• Acting as a Business Partner for the Sales functions based in Germany (Wholesale and DTC Channels), working in conjunction with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA to support the organization through organization design, talent development, employee relations to support a high performing organization that ensures the achievement of our business goals.
• Partner and support with the German Sales teams to develop affective and progressive people strategies.
• Establish HR strategies to respond to changing business needs including short and long term HR goals, objectives and policies.
• Business confidante to the direct stakeholders, act as advisor on HR and business issues and impacts.
• Support the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA with organizational design and effectiveness strategy to meet long range planning and business growth, in alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide guide and advise on long-term headcount planning in Germany
• Manage recruitment processes including the conduct of interviews
• Partner with Director, HRBP Sales EMEA and Talent Development team to identify and develop the next generation of leaders, as well as succession planning within the local Sales department.
• Communicate learning needs requirements.
• Support local people leaders on the Performance Management process; provide training on the process/tools and ensure proper tracking of the different phases of the process
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
• Anticipate and respond to organizational changes and deploy affective change management protocol.
• Support the Sales team with employee engagement results and action plans
• Identify and measure employee satisfaction; detect areas that require improvement and propose actions.
• Ensure their HR team respects high standard in the preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll (external).
• Ensure seamless communication with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA, HR Team and HQ.
• Share relevant information in a timely and precise manner to the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA
• Support Global HR initiatives when needed e.g. Engagement Survey and ad-hoc projects.
• Management - in the future - of emerging markets (Poland and Czech Republic) and Sweden.

Requirement of the RETAIL HR BUSINESS PARTNER GERMANY:

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL. Candidates with no experience in Retail will be not considered.
• Established HR Professional with experience of building strategic relationships, strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment, training.
• Fluent German and English, a third European Language would be considered a plus.
• Strong orientation to people.

• Previouse experience in Retail and in recruitment of retail's profiles.
