We collaborate with leading brands across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Berlin.
Responsibilities as Customer Care & Personal Shopping Advisor
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling services
- Plan and execute exclusive VIP events and experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and sales
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and collections
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish or French, plus English (German is a plus)
- Experience in personal shopping, luxury retail, or client relations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for luxury fashion and exceptional customer service
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
